Sales Manager

This is a full-time position at 1109 Gulf Fwy S, Suite B, League City, TX 77573. You will get hourly pay and commission-based pay (commission with 5% downline). There is a signing bonus of up to $10,000. Days and hours may vary.


Your duties will include:


  • Managing a sales team
  • ​Roof inspections
  • Pre-qualifying customers for our services
  • Property insurance consultation
  • Closing contracts
  • Customer service
  • Customer follow-ups
  • Marketing


Requirements for our sales manager include:


  • Outstanding customer service skills such as greeting, friendliness, service-oriented, polite, and helpful in person and over the phone
  • Works well with all personalities and is able to smile and portray a pleasant attitude at all times
  • Outgoing and able to talk to customers about their home improvement needs
  • Ability to focus on your duties while customers may engage you in conversation
  • Basic written, verbal, and math skills
  • Proficient in typing and computer skills
  • Reliable and a team player
  • Well-groom and presentable every day
  • Follows directions
  • Gets tasks and duties completed
  • Ability to walk, sit, stand, and use a phone or computer for extended periods
  • Ability to climb a ladder and walk on steep sloped roofs

This is a full-time position at 1109 Gulf Fwy S, Suite B, League City, TX 77573. The job offers commission-based pay as a 1099 position. Your days and hours will vary as a lead generator with us.


The lead generator duties will include:


  • Pre-qualifying customers for our services
  • Customer service
  • Customer follow-ups
  • Marketing
